For 20 years, he designed and built custom homes in San Luis Obispo County, serving as president of multiple contractor associations and as an expert witness for the Contractors State License Board. Mike’s deep local knowledge is rooted in years of civic involvement, including five years on the Atascadero Planning Commission and 12 years on the Building & Construction Board of Appeals. She became a certified TC five years ago and has since helped streamline transactions with precision and care. Sarah manages the many moving parts of each file—ensuring deadlines are met, signatures are complete, and all required disclosures are accounted for.
